This is less trouble for the booty-licious babe, Jessica Biel as Lindsay Lohan twitted back her earlier front-thrusting twitts.

Valerie Waters, their fitness and health trainer, said that the key is eating clean and right. Breakfast is a big part of it. Other strength training also came into talk.

Her plan is as follows: Strength train three days a week, focusing on the big muscles (legs, chest, back, and arms). Increase the amount of fat you burn by doing interval training the other three days.

On a weekend exercise session, Jessica Biel has been seen walking her pet pooch Tina in Santa Monica, June 28, Sunday.

What’s odd about her walking at the park is the fact that her boyfriend Justin Timberlake is not with her. Timberlake is performing at the 11th Annual White Tie and Tiara Ball. The event is for the Benefit of the Elton John Aids Foundation. He’ll also be attending the tennis tournament at Wimbledon over the past few days.

At a park in Los Angeles, Jessica Biel walked by paparazzi shots comfortably with her pet Tina on June 27, Saturday. She was doing her morning exercises when she and her pet was spotted.

She wore a cute all-black workout ensemble with a turquoise cap. Ignoring the paparazzi, she proceeded to her car.

Just Timberlake and Jessica Biel have been spending the week in the Italian city of Rome.  Earlier today they were spotted taking in the beautiful sights.

The lovestruck couple visited  the Villa Borghese, walking hand-in-hand and smiling all the way.

An OK! story has recently claimed that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are “this close” to getting married. Their evidence? An eavesdropper who overheard Timberlake telling a friend that he was “this close to being married.”

Not much eveidence for such a claim so I think we should hold back on the champers for a while!
